Here’s my take on it:
First one: Penis – Male. A Taboo body piece, this is often considered crude.
Second one: Man preparing to be penetrated – This follows carefully from the first one, where it seems the penis could enter the bent over man. Maybe there was an underlying homosexual overtone? Also note that homosexuality is considered evil by the church, as well as murder.
Third one – Vagina – this could be considered that the man was frustrated sexually with the opposite sex. Note that women were killed at the Vtech shootings. Eerie chance or a SHOCKING premonition. Which one? You decide.
Fourth one – Transvestite. TV is also acronym for a transvestite. Maybe his perverted and homosexual activities lead him into deeper and darker things?
